Privacy Policy

Your data, handled with care.

Addr.cm collects only what's necessary to operate the platform. This policy explains what that means in practice.

What we collect

When you create an account or join an organization, we collect your name, email address, and organization details. This is used to authenticate you and manage access to the platform.

When you use the platform, we collect operational data — page views, error events, performance traces — to keep the service running reliably. This data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Public property sites hosted on Addr.cm may be crawled by search engines. We do not control third-party indexing of public content.

How we use it

Account data is used to authenticate you, associate you with your organization, and provide access to the operator surface. Billing information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on Addr.cm servers.

Operational telemetry is used to diagnose failures, measure reliability, and investigate incidents. It is retained for a limited period and is not linked to your identity in reports.

Cookies and tracking

Addr.cm uses cookies for authentication sessions. Public pages may use analytics cookies with your consent. Session replay on public surfaces requires explicit consent via the addr_observability_consent=granted cookie. You can decline without loss of functionality.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us through the operator support channel. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you close your account, your personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
